As previously advised, a team of TCV volunteers will be coming on Wednesday and Thursday to help with the path surfacing work and we will be meeting on Sunday at 10.00 a.m. at the entrance in Woodland Way to continue with the path surfacing if more work still needs to be done. If the surfacing is finished on Thursday then alternative tasks will be arranged for the day and will be e-mailed to members on Friday if necessary.
Any help you can give with the above no matter how much or how little is always very much appreciated - an hour or two of your time can make all the difference as to whether the task(s) planned for the day get done. As usual FoF will be providing all the necessary tools for the task but please would you bring your own gloves and tools(shovels/spades and metal rakes for the path surfacing) if you have them. Please would you also bring your own wipes and hand gel as well as your own refreshments. Please also remember to wear long trousers/jeans to avoid getting bitten by ticks but FoF’s First Aid kit does contain tick removers if needed.
